Bronze Age Sub-Mariner SplashPage Sundays # 71

The writing on the wall was pretty hard to miss by this point. Marv Wolfman comes in as a fill-in writer but must have known he had nowhere to go. Tuska and Colletta offer a fairly good splash that Marv screws up to an extent by having so many words. Yeesh, there are no less than six of those pink captions.  Still, Subby is turning to face the reader and there's a weird-looking monster, all kind of framed in the opening there. As these things go, it's not a bad one.
