Okay, we all know that the really cool pop culture cars are the 1966 Mustang and the 1957 Chevy but here's a vintage ad for a 1957 Cadillac that I would NOT say "no" to having.
Great-looking car, but what's especially interesting about this ad is how it stresses the car's durability. It's suggesting that you'll keep this car for a long, long time instead of trading it in after only a couple of years. I can't imagine any manufacturer of cars or anything else making such a pitch today, when you're encouraged to buy the latest and greatest every couple of years...
