Here is some Topps art from 1966 that was used for a series of BATMAN temporary tattoos. Not sure who did the art but amongst those working at Topps at that time I believe were Wally Wood, Bhob Stewart and Art Spiegelman.

I didn't start at Topps until late 1967. However, I did draw the Archie tattoos.
